ive been going to MVHS dental since it was called st. Lukes dental. i stopped keeping up with my appointments bc covid hit & I had my 2 babies. I was too busy taking care of them being a new mom. im currently having a issue with my teeth ever since my 2nd born my teeth just aren’t what they used to be. i called MVHS the sweetest woman answered i told her my whole back story. the woman then got in touch with her office manager & helped me get back in . I’m so excited to be going back as a patient.& to the receptionist who helped me thank you my teeth is my biggest insecurity & im ready to take care myself better than i was . if i can give aby advice always keep up with your appointments. your health is so important especially your mouth health!

Do not waste your time calling this waste of a facility. Their website is not up to date nor do they seem to really care. Dr selgado says they are accepting new patients, when call to schedule an appointment I get no she’s actually not. It isn’t hard to update your website especially when it comes to your career and overall honesty of your work. Two different places on your website states accepting new patients. Do better.

Joe@ front desk … I feel says one thing , and does another. He will give you, an appointment then say, he never did. You go here @ your own risk . My experience there…. new students come in all the time. Very busy there, and not supervised, my friend had students come in, they did not know her, and after a clean “ The student dentist took his tool , and loosen her teeth in her mouth. She had always kept her teeth up, no cavities, and when she came out, She said, “ I do not know what he did in my mouth, but he went in, and pulled, and scrape @ the back of her mouth. She came out, and said, “ I do not know what he did , I have never had a dentist in my life cause so, much pain, but he just messed my mouth up!” Mind you, this was after a cleaning. Then she went back , and another female student dentist told her she needed 3 teeth pulled, and a root canal. After he loosened her back molars. They were always from time to time wanted to remove them, and they had no cavity , no pain,, and her back teeth ( molars were great, but a couple other times she was told, “ Your molars need to be removed!” No, cavity, but after this experience with the student loosening them… on purpose I feel. S

My experience was very pleasant from start to finish. I want to give a shout out to the front desk receptionist, Joel! He made sure I was able to get in right away and was taken care of. The hygienist and dentist were also extremely helpful, empathetic and kind. Thank you for helping me today. It was such a relief to get the help I needed from people who actually cared.

Joel at the front desk is so welcoming and makes sure he gets everyone in at a timely matter. Keeps his word! Dr. Moore not sure how you spell is very talented and so kind hearted. Becky is great at her job. Overall Good staff and good atmosphere. No long wait time either.
